• Access dashboards, folders, data fields, or contract tools

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information entered into HoneyClause.

2. No Legal Advice

HoneyClause is a software platform, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. Contracts generated through HoneyClause are based on user inputs, templates, rules, and publicly known legal structures.

You should consult a lawyer if you need legal validation.

3. Account Responsibilities

You must:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform
• Not generate unlawful or malicious content

4. Payments and Subscriptions

HoneyClause may introduce paid features in the future. Nitrogen Technologies Limited reserves the right to modify pricing, introduce fees, or change billing models at any time.

Users will be notified before charges apply.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, UI/UX, and platform features are the exclusive property of Nitrogen Technologies Limited.

Users retain ownership of the contracts they create.

6. Legal Validity of Signatures

Digital signatures added in HoneyClause:

• Are stored securely
• Contain timestamp and metadata
• May hold legal enforceability depending on the jurisdiction chosen

Users must confirm legal validity in their respective countries.

7. Termination of Service

Nitrogen Technologies Limited may:

• Suspend access
• Terminate accounts
• Remove content
• Restrict features

8. Disclaimer of Liability

HoneyClause is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not guarantee:

• Error-free operation

Nitrogen Technologies Limited is not liable for:

• Loss of contracts
• Misuse of generated documents
• Business or financial losses
• Legal disputes arising from user-generated content

9. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of HoneyClause signifies acceptance of updates.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflicts of law.
